First and foremost, I am a father to four children attending Brea schools, both in general education and special education. I have devoted my career to supporting families and students in getting the highest quality education. I have worked as a teacher and an administrator, including in BOUSD from 2010-2018. My greatest accomplishment in Brea was adding Early Childhood education programs (pre-school and TK) on every one of our elementary school campuses.

In addition to owning my own educational consulting firm, I have a doctorate degree in Early Childhood Education. I serve as a professor at Cal State University at Fullerton, Fullerton College, and Santa Ana College, all of which are in the Child Development and Educational Studies departments. As a former foster parent, I bring a whole child approach to all my work and recognize children need support beyond academics.

I have served as a Board Member for the Brea Education Foundation for two years and a member of my children's Parent Teacher Organization (PTO).
